How do I make my Green smoothie?
The right ratio of leafy greens to fruit makes it sweet as you reap all the health benefits of the green smoothie.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF GREEN SMOOTHIE
- Skin health

- 1 cup Kale + Spinach or one of them
- 1 cup Coconut water
1 cup cold water
1 cup Celery stick (cut the root and head a little to clean)
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 thumb size ginger
- 1 thumb size raw turmeric root
Tightly pack 1 cup of leafy greens in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
Add water, coconut water and lemon juice and blend together.
Add cucumber, apple,ginger and turmeric and blend again until smooth.
Strain and pour into a glass (or cute cup of your choice).
